A little motivation…

Just a reminder to myself and anyone that needs it... recovery is not linear. There will be good days, bad days, and okay days. Sometimes it's not "one day at a time" but more like one hour at a time.  As a friend just reminded me, so far, you've survived 100% of your worst days.
